M & I don’t really eat all that well. We eat tasty things, but they aren’t always the most healthy choices. So this week instead of a muffin, bagel or danish for breakfast we are having oatmeal. Not just any oatmeal, oh no! This is steel cut made with milk and topped with flax seeds, strawberries and sugared walnuts that I toasted myself last night. It was delicious. I can’t wait until tomorrow when I get to have some more. 🙂
