A geek would never use a font where the 1’s took up less space than the 0’s… They’d be sure to put 16 bits on each row instead of 13, 14, 15, … It would be much more readable that way. And, they’d use uppercase (WELCOME) instead of lowercase (welcome).
So, whoever did this was probably a designer with geeky tendencies. And you probably are too.
